These Terms and Conditions set forth the agreement between wowzz (wowzz) and each user (“you” or “user”) governing your use of this mobile app/site and the services provided by wowzz. (collectively, “Services”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this app/site or the Services. By using this app/Site or the Services, you agree and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth, which includes by incorporation of wowzz . Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or otherwise use this App/Site or the Services. We reserve the right, and you authorize us, to use information regarding your use of our App, the Services, your account (as defined below), and any other personal information provided by you in accordance with our privacy policy. You further acknowledge and agree that any disputes related to the privacy policy, including any breaches in security or privacy, will be subject to the limitations on liability, dispute resolution and arbitration provisions contained in these terms and conditions.

Wowzz. saves you time and money by eliminating the time it takes to search and find a reliable, pre-qualified, honest and reputable local detail professional. wowzz provides you with the ability to conveniently schedule online with a top customer rated independent local detailing company. wowzz is a platform through which independent detail professionals sell detailing services. These independent detailers are the sellers and issuers of the detail services and are solely responsible to you for the care, quality, and delivery of the detail and services provided. wowzz is strictly an intermediary referral service between customers and independent detail companies. wowzz does not imply in any way or form that we're the company performing the detailing service. Any and all payments made to wowzz is strictly a referral fee for our service to you, providing you with a top rated customer rated detailer and for the service and convenience of using wowzz to line you up with an independent local detailer. All payments made to wowzz are NOT for the detail performed.
All of our Detailers are screened via customer reviews and checked to the best of our ability. We’ve taken the guesswork out of “choosing” an exceptionally great Detailer so you get a great detail the first time! We’ve done tens-of-thousands of details in each region and have “weeded out” the bad Detailers through customer reviews. All our Detailers must maintain their “A+” Rating to stay apart of our detailing program.
Additionally, you will be covered by the “wowzz Service Guarantee” the terms and conditions of which are written herein.
Here at wowzz, our number one goal is to provide you with access to an outstanding local detailer your first time, rather than searching for a “Good Detailer”, detail after detail. We’ve taken the guesswork out of finding that “Perfect Detailer”. We do this by doing thousands of details in each region, obtaining customer reviews and only using Detailers who maintain positive customer feedback
You may cancel or modify a scheduled detail DIRECTLY through the app on your menu screen (not the detail professional) more than 1 calendar day (not 24 hours, but 1 full calendar day) before your original appointment date (not a rescheduled appointment that was rescheduled within the cancellation period) without incurring any cancellation fees or charges. If the weather is bad and you need to reschedule your appointment there are no rescheduling fees or cancellation fees if the appointment is rescheduled (rescheduling a detail does not allow for a new cancellation window which would create a loophole) and is subject to soonest availability of the detail professional. We hold your specific appointment day and time for you and cannot schedule other customers in this window and because of this our cancellation fee is as follows: The fee for not canceling more than 1 day before your appointment is 25% of your requested detail. In the case that you've requested a rush service, you will also be charged the full rush fee. Rush services require us to rearrange our schedule, call in detailers from out of the area, or detailers that are off to accommodate your rush needs, so no refunds are given on the rush fee portion of the detail request. If the detail professional shows up on site and you wish to cancel your detail appointment before the detailer commences upon the work, you'll be charged a 50% cancellation fee for the travel and time involved with the detail professional coming to the primes. If the detail professional commences upon the work and you wish to cancel, you'll be charged the full amount of the detail. If you cancel only part of a service within the cancellation window, that service will be subject to 25% cancellation fee.
